Serving Families Across the Charlotte Area
Little Wonders Pediatric Therapy serves families through three clinic locations in the greater Charlotte area: University, Ballantyne, and Huntersville. Each clinic provides a welcoming environment where therapists collaborate to deliver play-based pediatric therapy.
Our clinics are conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and parks and are within about a 20–25 minute drive of one another. This makes it easy to grab lunch, run errands, or step outside between sessions!Â
The Huntersville location also partners with the local Down Syndrome Association to host community playgroups that support connection and development for children and families in the area.

Meet the Owners
Little Wonders Pediatric Therapy is owned by Danielle McDaniel, an occupational therapist who is deeply passionate about helping children and families thrive. As a clinician herself, Danielle understands firsthand the impact that thoughtful, collaborative therapy can have on a child’s development.
Danielle continues to work alongside the therapists at Little Wonders, maintaining her own caseload while helping guide the clinical vision of the practice. This hands-on leadership approach helps ensure that decisions are always made with both therapists and families in mind.
Together with her husband and co-owner Nick McDaniel, who supports the business and operational side of the practice, they have built a collaborative environment where therapists are supported, encouraged to grow, and empowered to provide meaningful care for children.

Internship and Clinical Placement Opportunities
Little Wonders Pediatric Therapy is proud to support the next generation of pediatric therapy professionals by providing clinical learning opportunities for students and recent graduates.
We partner with universities to host fieldwork students and clinical fellows completing required placements. These experiences allow students to work alongside experienced clinicians, gain hands-on experience with pediatric therapy, and learn within a collaborative, supportive environment.
Students who are interested in completing a clinical placement with Little Wonders should speak with their school’s fieldwork coordinator or clinical placement coordinator to explore potential opportunities with our practice.
